Increase Your Google Page Rank With This Good Tip

If you have ever been to Las Vegas then what I am about to tell you will probably ring a bell in your mind and make you say "ah ha", but if you have not been there it will still make a lot of sense in regards to what it means for your link exchange program.

Before we get to that I just want to make sure you are up to date in our series on how to properly go about using some tips we already shared with in regards on how to raise that Google page rank.

By now you have read our first three articles on raising your Google page rank (available to read from our website). You know that you need to get other websites to link to yours which helps raise that score. You also know that not all links are created equal and that in order to have your website look favorable to the Google algorithm you need to exchange links the right way.

Now that you are up to speed lets get back to our Vegas analogy. When you go to Vegas and enter into a casino (most of the big ones anyway), they set it up in such a way where you need to go through the entire casino floor in order for you to exit. If you think about it, it makes perfect sense for them. They do not want people coming in and then turning right around to leave. They want them to walk through, listen to and see the sights and sounds of the slot machines, table games, drink girls and so on. Chances are people will stop to play a quick slot, maybe pick up some literature on a show you name it. None of this would be possible if people were allowed to walk in and then walk right out.

So what does this have to do with the Google page rank? I`ll give you a second or two to see if you can think of where I am going with this...ok a little longer...a little longer. Give up? The analogy is one way. The casino is trying to create one way traffic in order for the customer to stop and spend a little money. Think one way for an explosion of Google page rank increase.

The strongest link you will ever have linking back to your website is....a one way link. One way links carry the greatest weight in the Google algorithm. A one way link, if you think about it, tells Google that the website where the link can be found thinks highly enough of the website it is pointing to that it is willing to tell its visitors about it and not have a link point back.

If you want to increase that Google page rank, and do so in a hurry, then you need to get yourself one way links. It is by far one of the strongest links you can have pointing to your site.

The next question is obviously how do you get one way links. Look for websites, such as classified ad sites, promotion sites that allow you to create free ads. Our site, MySpace, Facebook are a few I can think of off the top of my head that allow this. Simply place the ad or promotion with the link back to your site, then continue to re-run the ad or promotion every time it expires. It may sound daunting to do this every 14 to 21 days, but imagine the weight of a one way link from these high ranking websites to your site. It will drive that Google page rank right up there.

So get your link exchange program going, get those one way links and start raising the Google page rank. In our next article we will talk about the importance of dates and time and what it means to the increase in your Google page rank.
